| This
is the perfect package for equestrian enthusiasts that need overnight lodging
for themselves and their horses. It is also the perfect layover if traveling
cross-country with horses. Accommodations for your horse’s needs are open pasture
rough board, to corrals with open shelter buildings. CornerStone Farm offers a
safe and restful stay for both horse and rider after an enjoyable day on the trails,
at area equine events, or traveling. Conveniently located off Routes 360, 15 and
92, we are minutes away from southside Virginia’s growing network of equestrian
rails to trails, shows, and rodeos. Instead of a long ride home in traffic
you can be at CornerStone Farm within minutes of loading your horse. Year
round, there is always a warm welcome for horse owners and their horses. There
is ample trailer parking and turn-around areas for ease of loading and unloading
your horses. Pastures are all fenced and cross-fenced for their protection.
Facilities include: Outside areas for washing (well-water) and
grooming horses, small corrals for moderate exercise of horses, and
lit areas for after-dark arrivals.
Other featured farm amenities are available at additional charges
if you wish to partake in these activities once you arrive at the
farm. See our Features
page for all activities available and consider an upgrade to the
Farmhand or Farmer
package.

"For
our trip from middle TN to Delaware, we needed a stopover point with horse-boarding
facilities. CornerStone provided a convenient layover in quiet surroundings. Barb
and Ward moved their horses around to accommodate our colt. We appreciate their
hospitality and willingness to board a young stallion. Their human accommodations
and meals were equally impressive."
