Ceremonies can be held in the gazebo by the pond, on the spacious grounds surrounding Cherith Hall, or inside the inn with its simple country elegance. Weddings with Buffet Receptions offer six-hour events for 20 to 150 guests. Weddings with
Sit-Down Dinners offer four-hour events for 20 to 50 guests.

For a smaller and more intimate wedding experience, CornerStone Farm also
offers a two-hour Elopement, followed by a simple cake and reception dinner.

Wedding Sites on the Farm

CherithHall-----	is our large barn design hall including a caterer's kitchen, a 40 X 50 foot main dining area (accommodating seating up to 100 guests), two private restrooms and a separate bride and groom room to give the newly married couple time to themselves to relax before the big reception.
Gardens, lawns & pond	can be used for outdoor wedding events. These are landscaped to provide the perfect backdrop for memorable wedding photographs.
The Farmhouse ----------	is perfect for small intimate home weddings or vow renewals. The inn can be decorated for your individual style and taste.
Farm Animals ----------	can be incorporated into your wedding or just offer a pastoral setting for your special day

Services include:
FREE LIMITED WEDDING CONSULTATION - Either by e-mail, phone, or appointment to customize your ideas, dreams, requirements, and budget.
QUOTATION - We will supply you with a written quotation and details of the services to be provided upon completion of consultation.
DEPOSIT - Reserving a wedding requires a non-refundable deposit. Deposit amounts vary based on package selected.

Policies:
Marriage License: It will be the full responsibility of the wedding couple to apply for and pick up their Virginia marriage license at any county court house. The minister of vows will need to see this prior to performing the ceremony.
Authorization: Upon contract agreement we require credit card details to ensure your booking. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of all fees is due and payable upon receipt of the signed contract by CornerStone Farm, which guarantees your date. The remaining balance is due and payable 30 days before the event.
Payment Options: Charges (VISA, MasterCard), personal checks, traveler's checks, money orders and cash accepted for deposits and final balance.
Payment Schedule: An alternate payment schedule can be negotiated. Ask for details
Cancellation: The 50% deposit is non-refundable should the event be cancelled at any time for any reason. In the unlikely event of cancellation within 30 days of the event, a 100% charge of the contracted costs will be made to the credit card information provided at signing.
Alcoholic beverages: We do not provide alcohol, but you could bring your own; limited to wine and champagne. A non-refundable fee will be charged for the use of any alcohol on the premises, based on the total number of guests.
