Small, intimate weddings are special weddings. They need a special place and they need to be organized by people who know how to make this day special. From a simple wedding with just the bride and groom or with close friends and/or family; we will be delighted to make this a memorable occasion. - CornerStone Farm can accommodate you and your desires.

Lane to barnWe recommend booking as early as possible. However, should you need to make a "last minute" wedding booking we can organize a wedding with three weeks notice; subject to inn availability.

Both you and your guests will appreciate the ease of having ceremony, reception facilities, and lodging accommodations all together at one site. Our basic wedding package can be tailored to fit each bride and bride groom. From beautiful outdoor settings to indoor facility, CornerStone Farm, is the perfect place to have your most important day.

Package Details

Services include:
FREE LIMITED WEDDING CONSULTATION - Either by e-mail, phone, or appointment to customize your ideas, dreams, requirements, and budget.
QUOTATION - We will supply you with a written quotation and details of the services to be provided
Marriage License: It will be the full responsibility of the wedding couple to apply for and pick up their marriage license. The minister of vows will need to see this prior to performing and ceremony.
Authorization: Upon contract agreement we require credit card details to ensure your booking, however only a nonrefundable $100 confirmation charge will be made on your card at time of signing.
Payment Options: Charges (VISA, MasterCard), personal checks, traveler's checks, money orders and cash accepted for deposit and final balance.
Payment Schedule: A 50% deposit of the total quote for package authorized will be required 30 days prior to the event. Final payment will be required on the day of the wedding.
Cancellation: In the unlikely event of cancellation within 30 days of the event, a 50% charge of the quoted cost will be made to the credit card information provided at signing. Full payment will be required for any cancellation less then 14 days of the scheduled event and will be charged to the credit card information provided at signing.
